Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring for a Contract-to-Hire role in St. Petersburg, FL, supporting the Retirement Plan Services department for Raymond James. The role focuses on processing forms, handling roll overs and internal transfers, with some phone work as needed.

Training lasts 8 weeks on-site, then a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) after training; laptop provided. Applicants should be prepared for an 8:30 AM–5:00 PM local schedule, with local Florida residency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers and responds to email inquiries regarding issues; processes forms and basic transactions.
• Diagnoses issues and provides client-facing solutions meeting IRS/regulatory requirements.
• Interprets retirement plan rules and regulations, applying knowledge accordingly.
• Conducts audits of account activity to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Reviews client requests for corrections and guides branch personnel on resolution.

• Conducts audits of account activity to ensure transactions meet regulatory compliance
• Reviews client requests for corrections to determine proper course of action and provide guidance to branch personnel on resolution
• Maintains knowledge of retirement plan rules and regulations by utilizing internal and external resources, as well as continuous training
• Communicates, researches and resolves issues with other internal departments
• Reviews daily reports of individual productivity to evaluate personal performance Work Schedule: 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM local time

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
