Job description

Retirement Plan Sales Consultant/ External Wholesaler

Position Overview: This high-profile retirement plan sales position is with an organization with a vision to continue to grow their 401K sales force. The focus of this role will be to bring in new business through your own established financial advisor and broker network with the support of internal service and sales consultants. This is an already established territory. This person will have access to a large retirement plan menu.

Required Qualifications: A FINRA Series 6 and 63 or better is required along with an established network of intermediaries such as TPA or CPA firms, RIAs, and DCIO firms.

Compensation:

  1. Base Compensation: $100K
  2. Incentive Compensation: Starting at 25% with the ability to earn up to 45% of revenue
  3. Average First Year Compensation: $300K-400K
  4. Benefits: Full benefits offered
  5. Work Environment: Fully remote
