Job summary

LoVasco, located in downtown Detroit, seeks a Producing Account Manager to originate new retirement plan consulting engagements and manage a growing book of 401(k)/403(b) clients. You will close opportunities with our senior consultants and guide fiduciary governance through ongoing services.

You will lead client relationships, drive new business, and collaborate across our team to deliver tailored retirement solutions. A strong network and proven business development record are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or commensurate experience.
• Three+ years in retirement plan consulting or related financial services.
• Proven ability to develop relationships that generate revenue.
• Licenses required: Series 7 and Series 66 or 63/65.

Responsibilities

• Originate new retirement plan engagements and build a prospect list.
• Partner with senior consultants on proposals, RFPs, and new business cycles.
• Lead client accounts through fiduciary governance and quarterly reviews.
• Grow the book with cross-sell and referrals.
