Job summary

Bravera Wealth in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Wealth Operations Associate to support retirement plan services administration and fiduciary duties. The role involves processing and balancing records, payroll data, and client statements under supervision.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma, up to 4 years of post-secondary education, and experience in wealth operations or accounting. Strong accuracy, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years post-secondary preferred.
• Wealth department operations experience (≤5 years) with accounting background preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Relius system: input contributions and produce client/participant statements.
• Process periodic payroll information for retirement plan clients.
• Balance daily transactions and assist with daily balancing.
• Prepare reports by account or plan as requested by management.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to fiduciary responsibilities.
