Job summary

Raymond James in Southfield, MI seeks a strong people leader to supervise the Retirement Plan Services team, guiding IRA and qualified plan administration, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and efficient operations. You will set goals, coach staff, and partner with internal teams to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week at the Southfield Corporate Office, with the remainder of time for focused work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retirement services team.
• Strong knowledge of IRAs and qualified plans.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience with regulatory changes affecting retirement accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Retirement Plan Services team to achieve service level targets.
• Partner with cross-functional peers to set performance goals and monitor progress.
• Coach associates, manage performance, and lead training initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance in retirement account operations.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as SME on retirement plan regulations and advising on complex issues.
