Job summary

Arena Family of Companies is seeking a hands-on retirement plans leader to own our national retirement program end to end. The role is on-site in Colorado and offers relocation support to bring the right talent to the team.

You’ll run day-to-day admin across defined contribution, defined benefit, and other plans, oversee audits and filings, manage relationships with recordkeepers and TPAs, and lead a small team while staying close to the work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of retirement plan administration.
• Deep 401(k) and DC compliance knowledge, including audits, nondiscrimination testing and 5500s.
• Plan sponsor experience with a large employer is a strong plus.
• Senior analysts, leads and supervisors who are ready to step into their first manager seat are encouraged to reach out.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day administration across defined contribution, defined benefit, nonqualified deferred comp and multiemployer plans.
• Oversee plan funding, ERISA compliance, the annual audit, ADP/ACP testing and Form 5500 filings.
• Manage relationships with recordkeepers, TPAs and other plan partners.
• Be the escalation point for complex participant issues and administrative corrections.
• Deliver reporting and budget cost estimates to leadership and support investment committee meetings.
• Lead and develop a small team while staying close to the work.

I’m working with a large national employer that sponsors a big, complex retirement program. They’re looking for a hands‑on retirement plans leader who wants to own it end to end. The role is on‑site Monday to Friday in Colorado with a full relocation package available.
