Weaver Partners, Inc. is seekingexperienced 401(k)/Defined Contribution Plan Administrators to own full lifecycle administration for defined contribution plans.

You will act as the primary contact for clients and work directly on technical tasks, compliance filings, and audits. You will review census data, determine eligibility, calculate employer contributions, and prepare Form 5500-series filings while applying ERISA/IRS/DOL regulations.

Several growing retirement plan organizations are looking for experienced 401(k) / Defined Contribution Plan Administrators who want to own the full lifecycle of their plans — A–Z administration, compliance testing and client relationship management. These opportunities are geared toward professionals who enjoy being the primary point of contact for their clients while remaining hands-on with the technical work.

What You’ll Own

• Manage a book of Defined Contribution / 401(k) plans, including complex and audit-sized plans
• Serve as the primary contact for plan sponsors, Financial Advisors, CPAs and auditors
• Review census data, determine eligibility and calculate employer contributions
• Prepare/review Form 5500, 5558, 5330, 8955-SSA and related schedules
• Work directly with auditors on large plan audits
• Interpret plan documents and apply ERISA / IRS / DOL regulations
• Identify compliance issues and coordinate corrections, VCP / DFVCP and self-correction
• Support plan amendments, terminations, onboarding/takeovers and year-end deliverables

Key Experience

• Strong client relationship / consulting skills
• Compliance testing and contribution calculations
• Experience with audited and complex plans
• ASC, Relius, FT William (FTW), Datair / CalcAir, PensionPro or similar retirement plan software
• QKA, QPA, QKC, CPC, APA, ERPA or other industry credentials are a plus
