This hybrid Houston-based role collaborates with sponsors, attorneys, and consultants to meet client needs.

The successful candidate will draft and restate plan documents, maintain SPDs, and advise on regulatory changes, with strong writing and communication skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting plan documents, restatements and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Have experience with 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b) plan documents
• Consult clients on plan provisions and administrative complexities, focusing on sponsors' objectives
• Create, amend, and restate plan documents & SPD reflect law changes
• Ensure plans meet IRS/DOL, ERISA regulations
• Provide recommendations to improve customer experiences and team efficiency
• Assist management in data collection for reporting and project work
