Job summary

Corebridge Financial in Houston, TX is seeking a Plan Document Administrator to manage documentation, design, and compliance for retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457(b)). You will draft documents, restatements, and amendments while ensuring IRS and DOL compliance and alignment with client needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience with 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b) plans.
  • Strong understanding of IRC regulations, ERISA, and plan document provisions, including understanding plan provision implications.
  • Excellent writing and communications skills.
  • Experience communicating with plan sponsors, attorneys, and consultants.
  • Effective candidate who can take charge and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • CPC, QKA, CEBS, TGPC designations preferred

About The Role

As a Plan Document Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the documentation, design, and compliance of retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457(b)). Drafting plan documents, restatements, and amendments while ensuring compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. Key tasks include updating plan provisions, assisting with regulatory restatements, and working closely with our clients to ensure the document meets their needs.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is based on commission and will be paid based upon the applicable commission schedule in place for the role. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX, office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely. Estimated Travel Minimal travel #LI-RL1 #LI-SAFG #LI-Hybrid
