Corebridge Financial is seeking a Plan Document Administrator to manage retirement plan documents and ensure IRS/DOL/ERISA compliance. You will draft and restate plan documents, SPDs, and amendments while collaborating with clients to meet their needs.
The role emphasizes adherence to regulations, accurate communication with sponsors and advisors, and close cooperation with the team in a hybrid Houston-based office environment.

As a Plan Document Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the documentation, design, and compliance of retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457(b)). Drafting plan documents, restatements, and amendments while ensuring compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. Key tasks include updating plan provisions, assisting with regulatory restatements, and working closely with our clients to ensure the document meets their needs.
Compensation for this role is based on commission and will be paid based upon the applicable commission schedule in place for the role.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX, office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
