The Administrative Customer Service/Distribution Specialist role intersects customer service, compliance, and math, handling distributions, loans, data verification, and accurate calculations to support participants and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Live in (or be ready to relocate to) Northeast Ohio.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Prior experience with qualified retirement plans is a big plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Sharp attention to detail, strong multitasking and prioritizing skills, and a head for numbers.
• Willingness to complete ASPPA's Retirement Plan Fundamentals and NIPA Loan Administrator Courses.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice participants and investment providers count on for distribution and loan requests.
• Dig into regulations and plan documents, verify participant data, and apply plan provisions to calculate vested balances and available distribution/loan amounts.
• Put your math skills to work running the calculations that determine whether a request is permissible and get it right the first time.
• Prepare investment company distribution and loan forms, keep transactions moving on schedule, and accurately bill for participant distributions.
• Become the go-to expert on Trinity's systems (PensionPro, Distribution Portal, Excel tracking) and on every qualified plan distribution and loan option.
• Jump in on cross-departmental support and special projects — we're a team, and we roll up our sleeves together.
