Insperity seeks a detail-focused professional to manage 401(k) plan contribution transactions within the recordkeeping system, coordinating with payroll and other units to ensure accurate funding and compliance.

The role involves processing loan payoffs and rollovers, handling employer contributions outside payroll, and serving as a primary contact for client inquiries. Strong CRM/HRIS experience and math aptitude are essential.

Qualificações

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in retirement/benefits/payroll or related roles preferred.
• Familiar with retirement plans, especially 401(k) plans, and payroll processes.

Responsabilidades

• Process 401(k) plan contributions in the recordkeeping system and reconcile funding.
• Handle participant loan payoffs and rollovers with required documentation.
• Process employer contributions outside payroll integration and adjustments.
• Serve as primary contact for client and participant inquiries on recordkeeping.
• Review loan amortization schedules and ensure payroll alignment.
• Respond to rollover inquiries from financial institutions.
• Update year-to-date contributions in payroll for regulatory monitoring.
• Participate in testing for payroll, recordkeeping, and CRM releases.
• Perform quality review of inbound transactions by other specialists.
• Assist in resolving client and plan-level issues escalated internally.
• Prepare and distribute job aids; support departmental objectives.
