Job summary

Insperity Retirement Services, L.P. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to administer 401(k) plan contributions and related recordkeeping.

You will manage daily payroll contributions, participant loans, rollovers, and employer contributions with accuracy, while coordinating with multiple teams and vendors. The role requires solid math aptitude, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM or HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily 401(k) contributions and payroll-related recordkeeping.
• Process participant loans, rollovers, and related documentation.
• Coordinate employer contributions outside payroll integration and ensure accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries on recordkeeping transactions.
• Review loan amortization schedules and adjust records as needed.
• Assist in year-end contribution reporting and regulatory monitoring.
• Prepare job aids and contribute to department projects as required.
