NBT Bank is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to oversee recordkeeping, administration, and servicing for a portfolio of employee benefit plans. You will ensure adherence to pension laws, manage client communications, and support project activities across internal teams.
The role emphasizes data analysis, Excel proficiency, and effective written and verbal communication. A strong emphasis on accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and timely service delivery is required.
Pay Range: $71,160.00 - $94,903.00
Deliver client service for recordkeeping, administration and servicing of assigned book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
Associate degree and two (2) years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ASPPA or other industry designations (such as NIPA or CEBS) preferred.
Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers. Stationary 75% of time or greater. Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs.
