Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Retirement Service Administrator to join the Enterprise Client Concierge Team. You will own complex participant cases, perform in-depth research, and draft precise, compliant correspondence while collaborating with multiple internal partners.

This role emphasizes case management, issue resolution, and premium concierge-level support for retirement plans and participant advocacy. A hybrid work model and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years in financial services or workplace retirement plans.
• Active FINRA SIE registration required before start date.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations after joining.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills for client/participant correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and organization.
• Proven collaboration across diverse business partners.

Responsibilities

• Own complex participant cases from intake through resolution and follow-up.
• Research and resolve escalated participant issues with cross-team collaboration.
• Draft and deliver professional participant correspondence that is clear and compliant.
• Analyze concerns, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Serve as a trusted resource for retirement plan and financial wellness inquiries.
• Document case activity thoroughly and maintain records through resolution.
• Monitor service trends and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Balance multiple priorities with attention to detail and service commitments.
