Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in retirement plans, financial services, or related field.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and retirement plan administration.
• Experience with retirement plan recordkeepers, TPAs, custodians, and payroll providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary relationship manager for retirement plan sponsor clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with fiduciaries, HR, payroll contacts, and service providers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and identify solutions.
• Coordinate client meetings, investment reviews, and educational sessions.
• Assist with participant education, enrollment, and communications.
• Support business development and proposal preparation.
