Empower Retirement in Austin, TX, seeks a Retirement Plan Advisor to guide public and private sector clients toward secure retirement outcomes through group and individual presentations for 401(k) and Government 457 participants.

Role requires data-driven, analytical conversations, meeting client service levels, and achieving annual targets while supporting the Relationship Management team with stakeholder management in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• FINRA registrations (6,63,65) within the stated timeline; fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and group presentations to improve retirement outcomes.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the territory.
• Lead one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings using various technologies.
• Manage meeting schedules, including travel planning.
• Create and execute business plans to achieve retirement income objectives.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Hit plan-level and individual goals to meet service level agreements.
• Participate in client meetings and external events as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve effectiveness.
