Empower in Austin seeks a Retirement Plan Advisor to help individuals achieve a secure retirement through 401(k) and Government 457 plans. You will lead data-driven conversations, meet annual targets, and collaborate with the Relationship Management team to strengthen stakeholder relationships in your territory.

This role requires in-person and virtual client meetings, strong presentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex retirement plans while maintaining regulatory compliance across

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years relevant financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations preferred or required; fingerprinting.
• Ability to meet with clients in person and virtually.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and presentations to improve retirement outcomes.
• Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders for assigned territory.
• Lead one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings using various technologies.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
• Create and execute business plans to drive retirement income objectives.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Achieve plan and individual goals to meet service level agreements.
