Job summary

You will verify participant data, apply plan provisions, and perform calculations to determine eligibility, while using Pension Pro and Excel tracking for daily operations. This role emphasizes compliance, math, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Live in Northeast Ohio or be ready to relocate.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with qualified retirement plans is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Sharp attention to detail, strong multitasking and prioritizing skills, and a head for numbers.
• Willingness to complete ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals and NIPA Loan Administrator Courses.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for distribution and loan requests.
• Verify participant data, apply plan provisions, and calculate vested balances.
• Run calculations to determine if requests are permissible and accurate.
• Prepare distribution/loan forms and ensure timely transactions and billing.
• Become the go-to expert on Trinity’s Pension Pro, Distribution Portal, and Excel tracking.
• Support cross-departmental projects and team initiatives.
