Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Norcross, GA, seeks a Retirement Plan Administrative Support Specialist to join our retirement plan benefits team.

You will serve as a contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators, and prepare necessary reports and documents for the plans. Under supervision, you will handle daily maintenance tasks, upload 401(k) contributions per payroll, and help ensure compliance through Fi360 reports and employee reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefit account administration or payroll administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators
• Upload 401(k) contributions on a per payroll basis
• Prepare quarterly Fi360 reports
• Prepare employee reporting for annual compliance testing
• Process participant documents such as enrollment forms, loans, distributions
• Implement new plans and set up retirement service in payroll software
• Send and track notices in accordance with IRS guidelines
• Daily maintenance of plans under management guidance
