Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) is seeking an Associate within the Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) Retirement team. This role supports the Global Retirement business through analytical, research, operational, client-facing, and reporting work in a portfolio management setting.

The position involves engaging with capital markets, asset allocation, and content creation while leveraging clear communication and attention to detail. Collaboration across PMs and investment specialists is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple projects with strong organizational discipline.
• Working knowledge of investment design and portfolio construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support relationships with global sales channels and serve as a point of contact for MAS global business, with retirement focus.
• Provide desk coverage including client meetings, reporting, and inquiries resolution.
• Draft portfolio commentary, analyze client portfolios, and develop portfolio proposals and analyses.
