TIAA is seeking an Associate Retirement Income Consultant (ARIC) in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on retirement education and income solutions for clients and prospects, with inbound calls being the primary activity and extensive follow-up with clients and partners.

The ARIC will help clients implement diversified retirement income solutions, manage immediate annuity applications, and provide investment advice while building a compliant knowledge base.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience; 3+ preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Life and Health Insurance License required within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from clients and prospects.
• Provide product and investment education and retirement income solutions.
• Identify qualified referral opportunities to internal partners.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely communication.
