Responsibilities

• Data Review: Review member and employer account data to identify issues and needed corrections.
• Benefit Calculations: Calculate estimates, adjustments, refunds, and related retirement values.
• System Accuracy: Verify system responses to ensure actions taken have processed correctly.
• Communication: Correspond with members and employers to clarify missing or incorrect information.
• Technical Learning: Learn and use multiple computer applications and tools to complete tasks.
• Process Support: Support various operational areas based on system and legislative needs.
