Job summary

WTW is seeking a Retirement Intern to work alongside leading consultants in retirement consulting, helping global organizations optimize retirement programs. You will gain exposure to real client assignments and develop technical knowledge as you analyze data and present results.

You will learn about all Willis Towers Watson services and how they complement and enhance our retirement practice, positioning you to become a future thought leader in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or any other major with significant quantitative coursework and GPA of 3.0
• Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams strongly preferred
• Experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a close team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Graduating December 2027 through August 2028 and eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
