Job summary

WTW is seeking an entry-level retirement analyst to join its Retirement consulting team in the United States. You will support global organizations in optimizing employee retirement programs, working on defined benefit and defined contribution plans, and contributing to plan design, funding, investing, governance, and employee management approaches.

You will analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results while gaining exposure to real client assignments and learning from experienced

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, public health, health management, or another major with significant quantitative coursework
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams highly preferred
  • Work experience demonstrating strong technical and/or client service skills; analyst-type internship preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Graduation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship
  • Must be within a commutable distance of an office location: Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia
