ReFocus Eye Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Retina Surgeon to join the Connecticut- area network. This role emphasizes advanced surgical skills and a patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional eye care across the region.

The ideal candidate will have an AUPO-FCC Retina/Vitreoretinal Surgery Fellowship, board eligibility or certification in Ophthalmology, and CT licensure or eligibility. Competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, and partnership opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• AUPO-FCC-approved Retina/Vitreoretinal Surgery Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Current CT state medical license or eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical management of retinal and vitreous diseases.
• Perform in-office procedures and surgical interventions with advanced imaging and laser tech.
• Collaborate with optometrists, general ophthalmologists, and referring providers for coordinated patient care.
• Participate in call coverage as designated by the practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards and quality metrics.
