ReFocus Eye Health's New England Retina Associates of ReFocus Eye Health seeks a fellowship-trained Retina Surgeon to join our expanding network in the greater Connecticut region. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical foundations, advanced surgical skills, and a patient-centered approach aligned with our mission to deliver exceptional eye care throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

You will provide comprehensive management of retinal diseases, perform procedures with modern imaging

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• AUPO-FCC–approved Retina/Vitreoretinal Surgery Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Current state medical license (or eligibility) in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical management of retinal and vitreous diseases, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal detachment.
• Perform in-office procedures and surgical interventions utilizing advanced imaging and laser technology.
• Collaborate with optometrists, general ophthalmologists, and referring providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in call coverage as designated by the practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards and quality metrics.

Education

• Current state medical license (or eligibility) in Connecticut
