Job summary

ReFocusEye Health invites an ophthalmologist to join our physician‑led network, delivering comprehensive medical and surgical eye care to patients. The role emphasizes excellence in patient experience and collaboration with fellow physicians and staff.

The ideal candidate will perform full eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, perform cataract and glaucoma surgeries, educate patients, and maintain meticulous medical documentation while keeping pace with advances in ophthalmology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose a wide range of ocular diseases and conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform surgical procedures such as cataract extraction, glaucoma surgery, and other anterior segment interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including optometrists, technicians, and administrative staff—to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Educate patients on ocular health, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold the highest clinical and ethical standards.
• Stay current on advances in ophthalmology and emerging technologies that enhance patient care.
