Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current and unrestricted Illinois Physician Assistant license.
• Current NCCPA certification, as applicable.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Current Qualified Health Professional (QHP) status and eligibility to participate in payer programs.
• Current BLS certification.
