Job summary

Woodbridge Group is seeking a Reticulation Chamber Operator to meet production demands while following HS&E practices and quality standards. You will operate the reticulation chamber, load materials, and monitor for defects, escalating concerns to supervision as needed.

The role requires reading instructions, attention to detail, and strong teamwork. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and be comfortable with shift schedules and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos and write simple correspondence.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Mechanical/ skilled trade experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains a copy of the daily production schedule
• Operates the reticulation chamber
• Identifies process concerns using problem solving skills
• Inspects the foam for post reticulation defects
• Loads the reticulation chamber using a squeeze lift
• Notifies the production supervisor or team lead of any process concerns
• Practice and maintain 5s philosophy by maintaining area/equipment clean and organized
• Promotes teamwork using Lean tools and participate in Natural Work Teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned by shift supervisor
