Job summary

Woodbridge is seeking a motivated Reticulation Chamber Operator to support production goals. You will load and operate the reticulation chamber, help meet daily schedules, and ensure foam quality aligns with HS&E and customer standards.

The role requires basic reading, math, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the reticulation chamber.
• Load the chamber and meet daily production schedules.
• Inspect foam for post-reticulation defects.
• Notify supervisor of process concerns.
