Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Patient Retention Specialist to join our growing organization. The role involves handling inbound calls from patients wishing to cancel services, listening to their concerns, and taking positive actions to retain them. When not handling inbound calls, outbound calls are made to previous patients to inquire about their interest in returning.

Responsibilities

  1. Answer inbound calls from existing patients.
  2. Assist with inquiries, payments, and questions regarding claims.
  3. Handle patient concerns, escalate issues as needed, and strive to retain patients.
  4. Maintain a positive attitude and a patient-first approach.
  5. Stay current on products and services offered.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple software programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Passion for helping people and improving lives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
  • Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment.
  • Remote work experience is required.
  • Experience working in a metric-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Prior retention experience is preferred.
