BRUNT Workwear is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing across SMS and Email, building multi‑step flows and segmentation with a data‑driven mindset. You’ll partner with the creative team to ensure compelling copy and design, and you’ll optimize performance through A/B testing and reporting.
You’ll lead the in‑house Klaviyo and Postscript strategies, ensuring deliverability, audience growth, and engagement while aligning with broader eCommerce initiatives.
We’re leading the way in redefining the workwear category. Our mission is to engineer better boots and apparel for our country’s tradesmen and women by working directly with real workers to learn what they actually need to execute their jobs.
The BRUNT team is not only devoted to improving on the old workwear standards, but we’re also creating a community that tradesmen and women can call their own. From our weekly hangouts at the BRUNT Garage, to hosting events across the country, we’re all about getting boots on the ground and building something real with the BRUNT crew.
What You’ll Do:
The Retention Marketing Manager owns BRUNT’s lifecycle marketing program across our owned channels, SMS and Email, building the flows and segmentation logic that move customers through the full lifecycle: from list growth (including on-site acquisition) through first purchase, repeat purchase, and long-term loyalty. You architect multi-step, conditional customer journeys with D2C revenue, repeat behavior, and customer lifetime value (LTV) as your north star metrics. You’re also responsible for the broader health of these channels: deliverability, audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
You work on day to day production and also ideate on new flows touchpoints, driving the process from concept to execution to reporting and optimization. This role is both creative and data driven, obsessed with personalization, knows how to trust but verify, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a willingness to adapt, and is committed to getting things done.

To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
