Job summary

Mercor in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on lifecycle marketer to help design and pressure-test high-fidelity simulated work environments used to evaluate AI agents on real marketing tasks.

You will own the sending program across ESPs and CRMs, specify the required documents and dashboards, write or review reference answers, and judge agent attempts against clear criteria.

Applicants should have practical lifecycle marketing experience and strong written reasoning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing.
• Comfortable across an ESP, a CRM such as Salesforce, and product analytics such as Amplitude.
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification preferred.
• Clear written reasoning and ability to explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from lifecycle/CRM marketing work and specify testing criteria.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states needed for tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standard.
