Zenwise is a growing supplement brand based in San Diego, creating innovative formulations rooted in one simple belief: better wellness starts with the gut.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join Zenwise. We recently launched a bold brand refresh and are entering our next chapter with serious momentum. We’re reaching more customers, expanding the brand, and building a team that’s ready to take Zenwise to the next level.
As we scale, there’s a real opportunity to make an impact, shape our future, and play a meaningful role in what Zenwise becomes next. We’re looking for ambitious, curious, and driven people who are energized by growth and excited to build alongside us.
Just as important as where we’re headed is the culture we’re creating along the way. Zenwise is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified™, a reflection of the incredible team and collaborative culture driving us forward.
We are looking for a Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and evolve our customer retention strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, and the broader customer lifecycle.
This role combines strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll build the lifecycle roadmap while also getting into the details of campaigns, automations, segmentation, testing, and performance optimization. Experience working with subscription-based brands and understanding the unique behaviors of recurring-revenue customers will be especially important in this role.
You’ll own our email and SMS programs, loyalty strategy, subscription lifecycle, and customer journeys, with a focus on increasing repeat purchase, improving customer lifetime value, strengthening loyalty, and reducing churn. You’ll think strategically about subscriber acquisition-to-retention journeys, replenishment, cancellation and churn prevention, reactivation, and how to create long-term value from our subscriber base.
We’re looking for someone who understands that retention is about more than sending campaigns. You’ll use customer behavior and data to determine who we communicate with, when we reach them, what we say, and what experience should come next, with a strong understanding of how lifecycle marketing can turn first-time customers into repeat purchasers and subscribers into long-term brand loyalists.
You’ll develop, own, and report on a clear set of retention and lifecycle KPIs, including:
Most importantly, you’ll help us answer the questions that matter: Why are customers staying? Why are they leaving? Where are we losing subscribers? And what can we do to build longer, more valuable customer relationships?
