The Account Manager will manage a territory of agency partners to build engagement in the program and articulate value. Using a variety of resources, they will host virtual agency trainings and educate staff on the tools available to them. It is a unique opportunity to use your Account Management skills to help our partner agencies make a direct impact to keep their communities safer.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Independently manage a territory to foster program growth
  • Build strong relationships with agency key players
  • Educate agencies on program value through proactive engagement and virtual training sessions
  • Support your agencies with any requested program needs
  • Monitor data flow and troubleshoot transmission issues as needed
  • Cultivate and grow existing relationships to increase product utilization
  • Capture agency feedback to allow for continued product improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude in a collaborative environment
  • Adaptability to rapidly adjust to new challenges
  • Strength in functioning independently to structure daily workflow
  • Solutions-oriented problem solving skills
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • 2+ years of Account Management experience
  • Ability to report to the Centreville, VA office 3x per week
