Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance within their assigned zone.

This role focuses on customer service, merchandising execution, and general store upkeep to support sales and the overall shopping experience. The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
