Job summary

Charter Communications, doing business as Spectrum, is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services at our store locations. You’ll drive sales while delivering exceptional customer care and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized shopping environment.

The role offers base pay between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour with additional commission earnings starting at $14,819, and opportunities within a comprehensive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and payments.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy store.
• Ability to learn Spectrum products, pricing, promotions.
• Team-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide product education.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions and visual standards.
