What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring effective product availability and replenishment. Your responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
2. Transporting products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
3. Replenishing sales space with flexibility, following visual merchandising guidance.
4. Picking goods for customers within the designated time, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
5. Following store inventory procedures, including proper transfer and inventory counting.
6. Fostering an environment that reflects the IKEA culture, embracing diversity among coworkers and customers.
