PaulB Hardware Lititz, PA is hiring for a Retail Warehouse Team Lead to oversee our warehouse team, ensure freight is received and processed, and supervise inventory and shipping operations. This full-time role supports a fast-paced, safe, and organized work environment focused on service to customers and the community.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with comprehensive benefits after 30 days including health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid time off, holidays,
