Summary:
The Retail Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day receiving operations and inventory management across all retail outlets. This role drives inventory accuracy and collaborates on strategic receiving planning for store locations. The supervisor works directly with the Retail Inventory Manager and provides daily leadership to Retail Clerks and Administrative Assistant.
Previous retail warehouse experience.
Prior receiving, delivery and/or inventory experience preferred.
Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Computer knowledge a must, with knowledge of Birchstreet, Agilysys or a similar procurement system. Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word.
Must read, write, and speak English with professional fluency in order to understand complex job assignments, maintain highly accurate records, and communicate clearly with the team. Must possess the basic math skills necessary to complete daily receiving and process vendor invoices.
Detail oriented and consistently able to meet critical deadlines.
Can work in a fast-paced environment

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Ocean Reef Club from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry and report deadlines, associate may be required to work varying schedules to meet the business needs of the Club and report deadlines.
Proper grooming is required by all associates and is described in detail in the Associates Handbook. Associates should review this policy and make sure that at all times they present themselves for shifts looking clean, neat and professional.
