Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, product preparation, inventory handling, and ensuring merchandise is ready for customers.

You will help maintain efficiency, safety, and quality standards while handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and you will contribute to a positive shopping experience through reliable, detail-oriented work.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs (with assistance as needed).
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies)
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support a positive customer experience
