Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, and product preparation. The role focuses on efficiency, safety, and quality standards to ensure merchandise is ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move heavy items up to 100 lbs with or without assistance.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture for customers.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging as needed.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
