Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, product preparation, inventory handling, and ensuring merchandise is ready for customers. This role emphasizes efficiency, safety, and quality standards within a busy retail environment.

You will be responsible for receiving, moving, staging, and preparing furniture and goods, operating warehouse equipment, and helping maintain accurate inventory records while delivering a positive customer

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance as needed.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare merchandise.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
