Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan, is hiring seasonal Retail Porters responsible for receiving stock, processing orders for delivery or pickup, and maintaining inventory and quality control.

• Receive products and merchandise, check for quality and damage, and ensure proper storage; conduct physical inventory as needed
• Process requests for supplies and prepare merchandise for delivery or shipping according to procedures

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Retail Porters to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Retail Porter, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, and performing inventory and quality control.

Pay

$16.48 – $16.48 / hour

What will you do?

• Perform transfers of products and merchandise to and from the warehouse using push carts and pallet jacks
• Receive products and merchandise, check for quality and damage, and ensure proper storage of delivered products and merchandise; perform physical inventory as needed
• Process requests for supplies, prepare merchandise for delivery, and prepare packages for shipping according to established procedures

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical requirements

• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout facility; requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during entire length of shift.
