Job summary

You'll partner with the Retail Manager and Buying teams to refine training, optimize processes and drive performance while leading direct reports, scheduling, and payroll. Strong vendor relations and timely issue resolution are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in retail receiving or retail warehouse experience.
• 2+ years training and leading retail warehouse staff.
• Experience with SQF compliance preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and fulfillment for 500+ SKUs with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory control and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager and Buying teams to standardize training.
• Lead direct reports; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate cross-department shipping, e-commerce alignment, and holiday activations.
• Ensure SOPs, safety and quality standards are met.
