Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 - $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Manage warehouse team, including assigning duties, training, and coaching
• Maintain the delivery log, ensure items are properly tagged, and input all items into software programs
• Oversee the restocking operation and warehouse team, and set up any kiosks needed for retail
• Report inventory on an ongoing basis
• Communicate any vendor, quality control, or shipping issues with the buyer and retail manager
  
  

More About You

• Minimum of one year retail warehouse experience, required
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience, preferrably in a warehouse setting
• Previous experience using inventory management software and other organizational computer application
• Ability to delegate and coach others
• Basic math skills
• No degree required
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift to 165 pounds
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching
