Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Retail Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and equipment maintenance at our Redwood City location. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in inventory management/warehouse and 2 years in retail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and warehouse software; knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Valid California driver’s license (CADL) is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services within and across departments, collaborating with the respective contact persons.
• Coordinate and process returns with SUMC Procurement and other departments.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, delivery and accounting for equipment and records in warehouse storage.
• Inspect and tag received equipment before delivery or installation in a department.
• Develop and implement procedures for timely processing of receipts and issues from warehouse inventory.
• Maintain safety guidelines for staff, patients, visitors and employees; follow SHC/LPCH infection prevention policies.
• Perform periodic inventory checks and address discrepancies in the database.
• Assist in development and implementation of warehouse procedures and train new staff.
• Keep warehouse and loading dock areas safe, clean, and organized.
