What you'll be doing day to day
• Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Move products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Perform sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Select goods for customers within the specified time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
• Follow store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counts.
• Promote an environment where IKEA's culture is a strong and living reality, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Hours: 12-20 hours per week. Must have open availability for overnight shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 4:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Pay Range: $21.06 - $30.09 per hour.
