Job summary

Country Store in Stevensville, MT is seeking a part-time team member to support daily store and warehouse operations. The role requires in-person work, 16–32 hours per week, with availability for evenings and weekends as needed.

You will assist customers, stock shelves, assemble displays, and deliver products while ensuring safety and professionalism. Responsibilities include product handling, basic maintenance, and safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely and regularly operate a vehicle to make deliveries, visit various worksites, other businesses or customer locations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Exhibit an ability to receive feedback, adapt to new processes and continuously develop skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information with an emphasis on developing positive professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (or 18 years of age with a valid commercial driver’s license) to operate a commercial motor vehicle (10,001 lbs. GVWR).
• Maintain a safe and insurable driving record.
• Be able to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate for the operation of a commercial motor vehicle.
• Experience working in a retail setting.
• Product knowledge in one or more of the following areas: feed, seed, pet food & supplies, hardware, fencing, animal health, tack, clothing & footwear, lawn & garden or wild bird supplies.
• Experience safely operating pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Schedule

This is an in-person, part-time position, 16–32 hours/week, Sunday through Saturday. Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
